I’m giving it 2 stars because the package did show up, so at least there’s that. But the order wasn’t correct. They sent me the wrong hardware kit with the parts, and I had to email them to get it sorted out. Annoying when you’ve already set aside time to install everything. Not the absolute worst experiance, but definetly not a great first order.

Grabbed some BMR suspension parts for my car i’m happy with them. The welds looked clean, the coating was nice, and everything felt REALLY solid as soon as I had it in my hands. Install went smoothly, and the car definitely drives better now. Not a whole lot more to say — they seem well made and totally worth it.

I ordered from BMR Suspension and felt like the price was fair for what I got. The parts showed up without any issues (always a relief), and the quality seems solid, not cheap-feeling at all. I’ve definitely paid more from other places for stuff that wasn’t much better. Overall, I’m happy with the value and would order from them again.

I ordered a few suspension parts from BMR for my car and the install went smoothly!! Shipping was alright too, not super fast, but nothing that bothered me. The ride definitely feels tighter and more planted now, which is nice, but comfort is kind of a mixed bag. On rough roads it can feel a little harsh, so it’s not quite as comfy for daily driving as I was hoping. Still, if you care more about handling and a more solid feel, it’s a good upgrade!!

I was able to get the stance set up quickly without much hassle. Plenty of adjustment to work with, which made it simple to dial in exactly how I wanted. Worked out fine and that was it

I haven’t personally bought these yet, so I can’t speak from firsthand experience, but I do think it’s worth noting that a lot of people seem to rate them well. I always try to be fair with stuff like this, and based on the feedback I’ve seen, they seem to be well liked overall.

The parts themselves looked fine, so at first I was like, okay, no big deal. But I ended up needing to return them, and that’s where it got a little frustrating. I figured it would be straightforward, but the process was slower than I expected and not super clear. I had to go back and forth over email a few times, and the whole time I was thinking, why is this taking so long for just a simple return? I get that companies have policies and all that, but it still felt more annoying than it needed to be. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not one I’d call smooth either.

The site looks really clean and it’s easy to find your way around... I just wish some of the parts pictures were a bit bigger so they’d be easier to see.

When I finally did get a response, it didn’t even answer my question. Frustrating when they make it sound like help is coming and then don’t actually deliver.

I’ll admit, I was kind of expecting these rear suspension parts to be a hassle, but the fitment was actually spot on. No strange gaps, no drilling, and everything lined up just like the site said it would. I hate to say it, but the install ended up being way less annoying than I thought.

The pages loaded without drama, the product info made sense, and checkout was super simple. It’s almost ridiculous how relieved I was that the site just worked like it was supposed to. Definitely using it again.

I mentioned that I wish they had more payment options at checkout, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read the message. The current choices are okay, but it would be nice to have a few more.

Needed a few suspension parts for my Camaro. BMR had way more than I expected. Easy to compare stuff too.

Found what I needed, plus a couple things for later. Good selection. Not just the usual basic parts.

The car definitely corners flatter now, which is nice, definitely noticeable there. The ride is a little harsher than I expected though, so that part caught me off guard a bit. Shipping was fine, nothing special but no real issues either. Overall, not bad, just not the huge change I was kind of expecting

I was relieved to find the suspension parts I needed actually in stock here, every other site I checked was sold out. Checkout was simple enough and didn’t give me any issues. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but overall I’m happy I was able to get the parts.

I had to return my order, and the refund came back faster than I expected. The whole thing was easy, no real hassle or anything. Just a simple process and... yeah, I was happy with how they handled it.
